Two parallel conveyor rods slide on the surface of the stainless steel frame via PP drive wheels, facilitating the conveyance of trays.
The conveyor rods are crafted from polyurethane, a food-grade material, with fiber-reinforced cores. The diameter of the conveyor rods is 15mm, and they boast a tensile strength exceeding 2000N.
Equipped with a frequency converter, it features a gentle start and stop system. The drive wheels, traction wheels, and guide edges are made of food-grade PP material for easy disassembly.
Constructed with SUS304 stainless steel, and all electrical components are sourced from reputable imported brands.
Dimensions: A width of 500mm, a height of 900mm, and a length that can be customized according to customer requirements. It can be configured in both straight and curved layouts.
