Fully Automatic Rope-type Conveyor Belt

Two parallel conveyor rods slide on the surface of the stainless steel frame through PP drive wheels, driving the tray for conveyance.

The conveyor rods are made of polyurethane, a food-grade material, with fiber-made reinforcing cores inside. The diameter of the conveyor rods is 15mm, and the tensile strength is >2000N.

Equipped with a frequency converter, it features a flexible start and stop system. The drive wheels, traction wheels, and guide edges are made of food-grade PP material, facilitating easy disassembly.

Constructed with SUS304 material, and all electrical components are from imported brands.

Dimensions: Width of 500mm, height of 900mm, and length can be customized according to customer needs, available in both straight and curved configurations.
